Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to any goods supplied by (the company) to the (customer)

1. Definitions

(The company) shall mean the entity selling the goods.

( the customer) shall mean entity purchasing the goods the subject of these terms and conditions of sale

2. Binding Terms and Conditions

The 'contract' means the contract between the customer and the company for the supply of goods.

3. The Price List

The price list shall not be construed or operate as an offer or obligation to sell but shall be an invitation to treat only and the company reserves the right to accept or reject in its absolute discretion any orders which may be received by it.

4. Price change

The prices in the price list are subject to change without notice

5. Delivery charges

Are the responsibility of the customer

6. Supply of Goods

The company shall not be obliged to sell goods to the customer if:

The customer defaults in payment obligations
The company is unable to supply the goods due to reasons beyond its reasonable control
Backorders will be supplied at the agreed price at the time of sale

7. Acceptance of goods

The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to give written notice to the company of any matter or thing by which the customer alleges that the goods are not in accordance with the contract.

8. Payment Terms

C.O.D customer invoices are to be settled prior to delivery or transfer of goods.

Account customers must pay the account as per the due date on the invoice

9. Returns

All return of goods must be approved by the Company. The company will credit returned goods if in saleable condition

10. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of the company until the account has been settled.
