SprayOn Stone is non toxic and environmentally friendly.

SprayOn Stone paint is used for two purposes -

• One is to cover imperfections, such as movement cracks that can occur with traditional render applications.
• The other is to create unique designs with different tools and skills.

Spray-on Stone™ is made from real stone powder and bonding resins.

When applied correctly, it is indistinguishable from solid stone.

As it is made from real stone, it will maintain its colour year after year without fading.

Achieve a stone facade look without the weight or the cost of using real stone.

 

Product Applications - Spray-on Stone™ can be used on

• exterior and interior walls,
• columns,
• corbeling, 
• pre-fabricated concrete surrounds or wherever a real stone finish is desired.

Ideal substrates include but not limited to:-

 

Spray-on Stone™ can be applied to a broad range of substrates providing the surface is solid and flat

 

• concrete,
• brick,
• cement render, 
• Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO),
• fibre cement sheet
• composite boards which are inherently weatherproof. 

The SprayOn Stone Process is simple

 

Step 1 Primer

Step 2 Masking ( Optional ) ie block lines, patterns, etc

Step 3 SprayOn the Stone

Step 4 Top Coat

 

Clean Up

 

Rollers and spray applicators can be cleaned in running water. However it is recommended to clean immediately

after use, before it drys and sets like stone.
